School kits distribution
On a bright Saturday morning we saw several enthusiastic faces waiting to grab their school kits. For a change no one was absent nor was any one late. During one of our talks we had promised the parents as well as kids Yuva Bengaluru had promised to bear all the educational expenses of the students of Deena Seva Sangha. Eventually we realized that our job does not end at infrastructure development alone. As kids we remember going back to school and flaunting our new books and stationary. We wanted theses tiny tots also to experience the same joy of going back to school. That’s one of the reasons why we made our school kits distribution a celebration.
We were glad that a like minded group called Kshitij agreed to sponsor the school kits. They taught us that “In Charity there is no excess”. Not only did they sponsor the school kits as promised but also donated tube lights. Many of our donors and well wishers also graced the occasion.
At the end of the programme our little ones came upto us and promised to study to the best of their abilities. That further motivated us to work for the future projects and widen the smile on their faces
